Moved into a new house and needed some misc. work done. Called TGM to replace a kitchen faucet and found out that they did electric also. They sent out an electrician later in the day to add an outlet and run some new phone and cable lines. They was no additional service charge for sending out another technician. The electrician gave me a coupon for an air conditioning service also. They were very prompt and professional.
Excellent!! I called another, well know, local heating contractor to do a furnace repair. After a day and a half with an temp in the house of 34 degrees, the guy calls me and says he can't get the part...but he'll sell me a new furnace or I can try someone else. Didn't seem to matter that we were freezing. I called TGM and they sent someone out who diligently went over my furnace and found that the only real problem was frozen condensation in the unit (it's a natural gas fed unit).
