I can somewhat agree with the first post. The owner Tim seems like a decent honest person. I've only had oil changes there so I can't speak to problems with expensive repairs. However, I can say that the right hand man Chan is extremely rude! I just called to schedule an oil change and he told me to call back next week because he doesn't know the schedule. This shop keeps the schedule on their counter and something tells me he didn't want to strain himself by walking to 20' to check.
This is the worst repair shop I HAVE EVERN BEEN TOO!!!! Do not take your car/truck or any motor vehicle to them to be repaired... The owner/shop manager Tim seems great at 1st until you realize that he does not even work on the vehicles... He has young students working on the cars or his main shop hand Chan (very, very, rude and unprofessional). Not only did they charge me for repairs before I owed the work, they also were wrong on what need to be repaired on my vehicle and fixed something that was not even broken. I paid ov... read more
