i was told to come at 9 am. i show up and i still had to wait 3 hours to even be seen. not everyone should own a business and this is proof of that.

I had a wonderful experience! What I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid—no surprises, which I really appreciated. My stylist was absolutely amazing and brought my vision to life perfectly. I'm beyond happy with the results! I’ll be sharing photos of what I asked for vs. what I received—spot on! 😊 Highly recommend!

I won’t knock the other women I saw doing a great job, but two women braided my hair and the manager encouraged their lackluster work and I am so disappointed in the results. The colors in my hair are tacky, blended terribly, and the braiders kept convincing me that it looked fine. I gave them a reference picture several times and my results were nowhere near. Each time I spoke up with a question or concern, it was shut down or ignored- which is how I ended up with several different colors after asking for two. I feel so dis... read more
