I came here today after seeing the $180 special on TikTok. I was told to come in at 9 AM. Get there, the entire store is locked and it’s dark in there. I texted the number on there tiktok…NO RESPONSE. Come to find out the store/shop doesn’t open until 9:30 AM. So I’m not sure why the person I was texting told me to come in at 9. Edit to follow the lack of accountability. I discussed what I wanted and the stylist did HER INTERPRETATION. I asked for boho knotless, the TikTok added restrictions after I arrived within comments which are timestamped AFTER my arrival and I have the TikTok downloaded to show all different boho sizes and lengths included in the promo. i was told to come at 9 am. i show up and i still had to wait 3 hours to even be seen. not everyone should own a business and this is proof of that.
