excellent support I was sent to this company by a friend. I met with the sales manager Anthony and he was very knowledgeable. He came to our office and reviewed all of our needs. The sales reps. that we have seen from other copier companies all were very pushy and kept asking for us to sign the paperwork.Anthony and TGI hep us out with finding a proper solution and never asked for the deal. We actually asked Anthony how fast we can get the new copier delivered. I would highly recommend Anthony and TGI.

Tgi Office Automation is Good Company to Deal LWith Have been using them for years to lease office equipment, copiers, faxes, and have been very happy with the service they provide; that was after a couple of years at the beginning when things were bumpy. Just leased a postage machine from them; good lease for the money, but above that, service when needed is excellent.

After you lease the machine you will never have any contact with them again. They refuse to come to the office to help with issues on the photocopier. It's always our fault they refuse to assist. Zero customer service and their contract cannot be cancelled for failure to provide services. I made a horrible mistake signing this contract. Don't rent from them!
