I was overall happy with this clinic before. However, I have a recurring prescription administered by them, when I tried to get a refill I was denied because they said I needed an appointment to renew it. I asked for the first available appointment, the only thing available was to switch primary provider to a new one and wait over a month. The central hotline for appointments told me to make and keep my appointment but to call and ask for a prescription renewal so I wouldn’t have a lapse in medication.
