If I could give a 0 I would have. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER… EVER! I could have driven to Georgia faster than being seen here. I had a concussion and it took 6 HOURS to see a Dr. There isn’t an ER, everyone sits in the same area , they just move you to the next section… first orange , then purple. This is super bad I went there last night because I wasn’t feeling good in the black man security in the door was being very disrespectful in the nurses try to finish with me the most quickly they could weren’t even paying attention like they did not wanted to do their job .
Don’t bring your kid for a minor injury. Had DCF wrongfully showed up to my house
The NICU here is top of the line. Although not all of the nurses are equally good, the charge nurses are all very compassionate. When I was discharged, one nurse was very strange and accused me of trying to take the hospital’s baby blanket. I asked her to pack my baby’s blanket, and she replied, “NO! That’s the hospital’s!” while looking extremely appalled. I had to prove to her that it was one of the ones I had personally brought for my baby. I read the other reviews and was a little nervous about going. But I am so glad that I still went. I arrived about 7:15. I was checked in and brought into triage. I wasn’t able to fully speak but they all gladly read my phone for all the details. I was taken into a room where the doctor came within a few minutes. I had a CT scan done. Everything went so fast and smoothly. Everyone was polite and kind. I do have the MyChart app so I was able to track my care from my phone. I was in and out within. 3.5-4 hours.
