Worse place ever. My mom's dr called in her script for Xray yesterday and when my mom arrives we never good it. BULL! My doctors nurse is on point, I was there when she called you people. To make an elder sit in a waiting room for over an hour because of your mistake of not noting a call from a doctors office is user error. Ever since the change over this place has lost the compassion for there patience. You really need to slow down listen take care of people who keep your doors open
I visited TGH Imaging yesterday for an MRI on my shoulder. Donna working at the front desk is just awesome!. So helpful and courteous and she goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Karen was just as awesome during the MRI procedure. Explained everything in a very calm way and took all the stress out of going into the MRI machine. You are both very special and talented. Convenient location in a nice clean facility. Very helpful staff with great attitudes. I've had multiple visits with short wait times.

This facility has been so so helpful and accommodating to me. I can't thank Sherry enough for being so helpful and so responsive. The technicians are so nice and professional as well. This imaging center is the best in my area. I genuinely appreciate all they have done for me.
