I had a biopsy at TGH Imaging last week and went there today to pick up records. Donna Stone was at the front desk helping all the patients coming in the front door. She could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She figured out the best way to provide my information to insure I would have everything. I had to wait while others prepared the disc. She was as good with each patient she helped as she was with me. They are the worst most unorganized testing center I have ever experienced in my 74 years on this planet. First they kept saying they didn’t receive my wife’s script after our Dr sent it 3 times. Then we drove it to the center and still had to wait 3 weeks for a biopsy. Now they told my wife to be here at 10:30 and there are at least 25 people waiting ahead of her. I called to make an appointment for a chest x-ray and they don't take appointments. I went into the location and there was over an hour wait. That is unacceptable. I recommend going to the imagining center of Palm Beach Gardens on Burns road. They got me in with a 15 min wait.

I went in for a head MRI and I was extremely scared because I have claustrophobia among other anxiety issues and my Tech Amanda was amazing she was so patient and calming I highly recommend this location for testing. The Women at the front desk were also very kind and friendly!
