The kindness and professionalism of TGH Trinity , Fl staff is truly amazing. The kindness and helpfulness I received from reception staff was so appreciated. And while I do not know their names , I want to say to them my warmest Thank You. Now let’s talk about Hector, my Cat-scan Technician. Hector is such a knowledgeable and compassionate Technician. Prior review about refusal to accept payment onsite, first attempt to bill via medical debt collector, and subsequent scam text messages reference the bill already paid to the collector. Got a reply from their patient relations asking to be contacted to resolve. Called and left a message, sent an email, and nothing back in 1.5 months.

Oh my gosh! The people here were SO nice! I LOVE Jennie and the queens in the front, they were delightful and so positive. They were on time with the appointment, and everything was clean. VERY happy with my appointment!!

Confirmed. Checked in. Left waiting. 1:25 for 2pm appt to address paperwork and insurance changes. By 3pm entire waiting room, all called in, most done and left. New person arrived, called in. In pain waiting for MRI, so went home. Not once, did ANY STAFF speak to me to offer explanation, to reschedule say sorry "bite", nothing. Is now day 3 since appt. and have heard nothing. Just go somewhere else if you can.
