I love this facility! I had a great experience today that I must share. I had a mammogram today and forgot my script...not recommended. Meredith was so patient in receiving it and always with a smile. Christie did my exam and it was the easiest exam I experienced. She was so gentle and professional. I recommend this place for all imaging!
What a friendly staff at TGH imaging Trinity, from the front office , to miss Vicky the diagnostic mammogram tech, to the ultrasound tech , you guys are angels, they made me feel at ease and so comfortable. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely be going there every year for my mammograms.
I usually go to Brandon or Tampa, but I was overdue on my annual exam, so I came here. For privacy reasons I don't wanna go into details. I will say I was given education I was never given at other locations, and my results were on my chart a lot quicker. Previous places I waited weeks/month and had to reach out about why they weren't posted. I'd drive an hour to come back here next year.
We came from Florida Joint Care for an xray because theirs was broken. Rude front desk staff from the moment we walked in!!! Explained we were referred here for the xray and have an appt over there after. The first thing she said was We don’t take your insurance. I asked how much self pay was and she told me $80. Then when my husband went up they told him $90. They were very rude to all patients in the waiting room. The waiting room Was packed!!
