Everyone was so friendly. I encountered 3 front desk staff as well as one x-ray tech. They were all very friendly and helpful. This was a walk in appointment and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The staff were also very helpful when I went back to request the report for my son’s doctor.

I just came across the most homophobic ultrasound technician named Bobbi. Her attitude towards my wife & I and not allowing her to stay with me for my ultrasound was extremely disgusting and unprofessional behavior. She didn't even try to explain why she "wasn't allowed." Legally, there is no law stating your spouse can't come with you.

They are all really nice. I especially love Kelly, a Patient Service Rep at the front desk. She is always So Very Friendly. All the people I dealt with were nice, though, and they should be recognized!

I have been coming here for years. I used to come every year when this was tower but since it became TGH I only make myself come every other year, because I always have an appointment and I always have to wait more than 2 hours to get in a room. Two years ago they left me in a closet for 2 hours between my mammogram and my ultra sound. This year I've been in the waiting room since 830 it is now 1014 and I finally went and asked and was told I'm next. You are over scheduling this completely understaffed place.
