I had an appt scheduled with them for almost 2 months. I get a call today that they rescheduled my appt (over a week out past my original appt) because they aren’t staffed on the day of my appt. I can’t even be there on the day they rescheduled me. This is extremely unprofessional .

This place is horrible, they treat patients badly. After driving 2 hours and due to an accident I was 15 minutes late and my appointment was canceled without warning. I won't go back to this place. And I don't recommend it.

When to get a cat scan. They generated an incomplete report because the requested old records and I personally brought them a prior cat scan and was told will take one to two days for the final report. Three weeks later after multiple calls and I had to plead with them to update the report. Even the Primary care office, called them several times.I left messages with the manager Candice, at least twice to call me and did not have the decency to do so. I even spoke with two radiologist!
