I AM YOUR WARNING STORY. Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this salon. I went in asking for highlights, but the stylist ended up bleaching my entire head. Not only did I suffer chemical burns, but the result was a completely over-processed, uneven color. I recently took my seven-year-old son to TGH Cuts in Milton, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, instantly making him feel comfortable. The stylist was patient, listened to exactly what we wanted, and paid close attention to every detail of his haircut. Very friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job with my bangs and my mom’s hair
I’m surprised at how high the ratings are for this place. Kid you not, top 3 worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I haven’t seen my wife laugh so hard in a long time (it was from her looking at the mangled mess on top of my head). Maybe they don’t do well with asian guys’ hair but it’s just kinda ridiculous. I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews since I know this is people’s livelihoods at stake but thought it would be better to forewarn to deter folks from wasting their hard earned cash.
