Every year we wait till Memorial Day or later for our awning to be put up. They must be understaffed. We are unhappy customers and will be looking for a new awning place.
We were having a few issues with our awning and they came right out the next day to check it out, provide some fixes, and give an honest assessment of the condition of the awning. They were great - highly recommended!!
We have used TG Peppe for years and had nothing but aggravation. When I ordered our custom awnings, one was made in the wrong fabric and the other didn’t fit properly so they moved the pipes around to fit. EVERY year when it came time to re-install them we would make an appointment in February with a specific date to hang them and EVERY year we would get a run- around.
