We were having a few issues with our awning and they came right out the next day to check it out, provide some fixes, and give an honest assessment of the condition of the awning. They were great - highly recommended!!
We have used TG Peppe for years and had nothing but aggravation. When I ordered our custom awnings, one was made in the wrong fabric and the other didn’t fit properly so they moved the pipes around to fit. EVERY year when it came time to re-install them we would make an appointment in February with a specific date to hang them and EVERY year we would get a run- around. The poor girl in the office who has to field the calls does her best, but she apparently has no control over the scheduling. I need to replace my awnings for ... read more
Had them come look at an awning that needed repairs. Owner Tom came to my location and look at issues and gave me a great price to replace my Awning... Would recommended them 110%... Could not believe in the great service that Tom and his company gave to me
