Tonia is simply the best!! I came to her with long hair that I destroyed by doing at home lightening treatments. She kept the best interest of my hair as priority. Over several long months of grow out and her recommendations of hair care products, we could finally color my hair without compromising it! She works magic on hair and is the sweetest person ever.
