I came in and called ahead, and instead of being helpful, she told me she “can’t take walk-ins.” When I arrived, she repeated the same thing in a rude, dismissive way, even though she was literally sitting there with no customers and clearly not busy at all. The attitude was completely unprofessional. A salon should treat people with basic respect, but she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered at all. Extremely bad customer service. Definitely not coming back.

If you’re looking to get your brows threaded by the best person in CO, TG IS THAT GIRLLLL!! Honestly, she does a fascinating job, this salon is a great environment, clean and friendly! I’ve been coming to Tg for about three years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is great, and i love how she is able to shape your brows. She always makes you feel welcomed. 🙏🏻 all the ladies here are wonderful and professional!
