Could never get a call back on when to bring my vehicle in after getting a quote. Always told to wait on Scott but I never spoke to a Scott. Kinda sad honestly just took my business elsewhere.

My sister took her car to them to diagnose a problem with the car, they told her she needed a new transmission but then never called her with an estimate. Fortunately she got a second opinion from a dealership, diagnosis....it was in towing mode.....problem solved. That's a HUGE cost difference. Needless to say, she will never do business with TG Express again.
