I have never been a gym person and was hesitant to join one because gyms always felt intimidating and working out felt like a chore. Fortunately, TFW Bainbridge is not a typical gym, and I am very glad I joined. Before starting, I was dealing with chronic back pain and struggling to stay consistent with exercise. I’m so grateful I found TFW a few years ago. Travis and Gabi are incredible—so knowledgeable, supportive, and truly judgment-free. They make everyone feel at home, no matter your fitness level. Whether you’re doing group classes or semi-private sessions, you’ll get a challenging, effective workout and feel encouraged every step of the way. This gym creates an environment that truly makes you want to show up and keep improving.
TFW is more than a gym - it's a community. From day one, the coaches and members made me feel welcome and supported. The classes are challenging but fun and every session leaves me feeling stronger.
