I went to TFT Off-Road in Fredericton for what I thought would be a simple, straightforward job. I wanted a hitch and trailer wiring installed on my brand new VW Tiguan. I ordered the part and they said it would be 4 weeks. 5 weeks later, the part came in, and they then advised me I’d have to wait another 3 weeks to book installation. Annoying, but OK. Just a warm shoutout to Malcolm and Crew at TFT. They’ve attended to my jeep’s wants and needs very well over the past year; both mechanical service and add on purchases. Most recent was a winch. Always patient to explain product pros-cons; no pressure tactics. Very safety oriented, promoting best practices relative to my off road experience. First time going to these guys, these guys do an awesome job well highly recommend them my jeep wasn’t driving the best when I had work done at Fairview dealership so I took it to these guys and they made my jeep drive like a dream
