Great workout. I was able to really Push myself out of my normal workout routine. Dr Tre really pushes you but at the same time it’s a fun workout. Forget the traditional gym model. This is one of the best ways to get fit in Columbus/Gahanna.
The best gym in the area. Always clean. Staff are always there to help and advise. Trainers are professional and extremely knowledgeable.
I’ve never been here before but i drive by often.. it’s high energy and looks extremely fun!
What TFT Fit Lab, the TFT and Dr. Tre offer is the best overall fitness training you will encounter and I have unsuccessfully tried many. The TFT is unparalleled in allowing you to complete an entire 45 minute workout using the tension from the TFT and your own body. Best of all, I have seen results in just 12 sessions. Importantly, Dre Tre specifically listens to my goals and uses his expertise to adapt each workout to help me reach those goals, according to my abilities and needs.
