Troy replaced my Sony head unit with another one in my 2k 4Runner. There is a reason he has all of these positive reviews! He’s really good! He told me that the previous installer cut my wiring harness. I thought I was stuck. He said there is just enough wire exposed for me to extend each one. That is experience for you. He could have just said, “sorry, I can’t do it. They cut your wire harness.” Glad he didn’t! All I can say, is to be patient, and get on his schedule, and let him do what he does best.
