Our home was built in 1956… and it had been settling.. creating large cracks in my door frames and side walls. It really needed to have some TLC. Contacted TFS and a young man named Brad came out and walked me through step by step. Told me about the company, did measurements, laid out a quick map of my home, gave me the run down on prices, dates they could come, payment plans, financing options… the works. I had an amazing experience with The Foundation Specialists! Austin, Jason, Yury, and Charles were great. I am a first time home owner, and they really took the time to explain everything they were doing and why it was necessary. I feel a lot better knowing my foundation is secure, so I can now focus on completing other projects around my home.
My technician was Eddie Arrington, If I could give him 10stars I would. He had the upmost respect for me and my family, my home and my animals. He was very kind and patient He took the time to explain every detail to me and answer all my Questions. He was very thorough. He took the time to address my concerns. I can’t express how nice it is to be heard and not dismissed. I will definitely choose TFS when it’s time to start on my basement. Thank you again Eddie!
The company in general is very attentive and the crew that worked at my home were especially considerate and answered all my questions plus some I had not thought to ask.
I had a wonderful experience with TFS. Everyone was kind, courteous, and quick to get our issues resolved. Zack was the foreman for my project and went above and beyond for us. Spencer and Bonnie were extremely hopefully with our situation too. I highly recommend TFS!
