If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Justin and his crew were phenomenal! They were very punctual, professional and very polite and respectful! They did a the first step in our crawl space, the drainage system and sump pumps. Justin was so communicative and very clear on what they were doing every step of the way. Kyle, a manager, came out and checked out a possible problem and was very thorough and while he could have passed it off as a minor issue, he fully checked the installation and made a small adjustment and fixed the problem. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He is a very good representative of the quality of TFS.
Patrick communicated extremely well in advance and showed up on time for our appointment. He did an incredibly thorough job evaluating my unique needs and offered a range of solutions to address my concerns. Planning to use this service to seal a problematic of my concrete driveway.
Clayton and Javier did a great job stabilizing my floor and left my crawlspace cleaner than they found it by blowing it out.
