Thanks to the Oxford team for helping with the process to birth my children. The journey was long but thankful for the professionalism and empathy of the team.
We had a wonderful experience with TFP for PGT IVF (NHS funded). All the staff were very kind, friendly and communicative. We were kept informed every step of the way. We are so grateful for the help bringing our son into the world. We hope to return to TFP to help give him a sibling in not too long!
TFP have taken amazing care of me and my wife. They do everything they can to provide us the best possible outcome. Regardless of the outcome though, we can't fault the staff, who have been amazing throughout. They answer every concern we have and have been incredibly reassuring to me and my wife.
Very disappointing experience….Due to NICE guidelines, an HSG test — which also provides a therapeutic flush — is not offered in the UK, despite it once being a basic first-line test with a radiologist via X-Ray. The UK now appears to be the only place in the world where this test is unavailable or at least extremely difficult to get as it goes against every UK fertility doctors protocol. I can't recommend TFP Oxford more. We used TFP Oxford following a recommendation from friends. The staff at Oxford were incredibly welcoming and explained each step of the process in a clear and easy to understand method, the online portal made it really easy to understand what was happening when, and also provide updates to the team.
