I do not understand how this could’ve possibly ever happened, but one of my customers bought something I had for sale on eBay they took and they I guess engaged T force to ship it because the customer had a free local pick up for my business for something I personally had for sale online I cannot believe what this company would actually do because of their poor business practices they actually took and and this amazes me put me in collections for $1100 worth of shipping for something I never engaged them to ship so at this p... read more

JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS. Do not expect to ever get your stuff. Bad bad company. They will say it was delivered but not to me. Also the manager is useless can't even understand him on the phone

Honestly, the customer services in this company is so bad it’s almost satirical. I wouldn’t recommend them not even to my worst enemy. If your goal is for your shipment TO NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME- use this company. If your goal is to LOSE your item and not get it delivered-USE THEM. If your goal is having to reschedule your pick up more than 5 times (literally) - USE THEM. Their shipping service should come with a warning: ‘For entertainment purposes only. Actual delivery not guaranteed. It’s insane!
