I do not understand how this could’ve possibly ever happened, but one of my customers bought something I had for sale on eBay they took and they I guess engaged T force to ship it because the customer had a free local pick up for my business for something I personally had for sale online I cannot believe what this company would actually do because of their poor business practices they actually took and and this amazes me put me in collections for $1100 worth of shipping for something I never engaged them to ship so at this p... read more
I recently had a very frustrating experience with T Force Freight that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, the service was subpar, showcasing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The driver assigned to deliver a 500-pound refrigerator left it sitting on the street in front of my business and sped off instead of delivering properly. TForce completely destroyed my shipment. I have undeniable proof, including a photo they themselves provided showing my merchandise in perfect condition at their warehouse, and another photo of their driver delivering it completely damaged — the pallet collapsed and the items smashed.
