Dock pick up is straightforward. Dude was friendly.
Do not use TForce freight if you reside anywhere else outside of Richmond. Their coverage of service is subpar and laughable. They only make delivery attempts to the Farmville area twice a week. So if you need something in a timely manner this is not the service to utilize.
Estimated delivery date of Thursday, arrived to depot 5 mins away from house at 5am Friday, earliest pickup Monday after 9am and earliest dropoff delivery Wednesday a full 6 days after arriving 5 minutes away from my house. Not at all impressed and will be using other services for future freight and would recommend you do the same these guys seemingly only operate in 1st gear.
