If I could give them negative stars I would. They completely lied about the weight of some material coming to me and have been avoiding fixing the issue. I'll break it down and since I see TForce act like they don't get supporting, include it under this bad review. I had 210 clevis pins sent to me via UPS LTL choices. On October 7, 2024 I received a shipment of goods that I purchased. Prior to receiving the shipment I was told that I would receive a COD for the freight and that they would collect that amount when they delivered my goods. On 10/7/24 I received the shipment and helped the driver offload the 3 small boxes from the truck. I signed for the delivery and was given a Bill of Lading with a COD amount of $672.64. Don't expect on time delivery. Every shipment was delayed more than 3days. Wasting money !! Use better shipping company than Tforce although it is more expensive than Tforce. That will save a lot of money.
Do not use this company. Use RL Carriers or another shipper. They provide very inadequate service and lie. Beware!
