We had a small pallet of conference booklets to be delivered to our business on Friday. It arrived at the TForce on Thursday. No delivery Friday. Monday comes, and it is finally on the truck for delivery while our client is desperate for the booklets. I called TForce to let them know we are staying after hours as long as needed to receive the order. 3:30 pm rolls around and still no sign of the truck. The delivery drivers that have delivered from this company are awesome 👍☺️❤️ . However, our small business had to quit shipping with TForce because their billing and accounting department is awful. They quoted us around $350.00 to ship a pallet of product and then they sent us a bill for $1950.00!!! We had to fight it out via email and phone for over a year before finally we agreed to pay almost double the original quote just to close up the mess.

0 stars if I could driver refused to deliver my 3k lbs pallet to my loading dock and dropped it off in front of my shop causing water damage to all my products …. During a storm and left

Paid $500 for shipping and they want ME TO LIFT A 400 POUND OBJECT BY MYSELF??????? no dolly, no assistance. I weigh 140lbs, how am I supposed to bring a 400lb box into my business. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our cargo has been in this warehouse for a week, the delivery address is 15 minutes from the ABQ warehouse and they still haven't delivered. The Tforce team's response is that they don't have an ETA, the cargo can be in the warehouse for a year without moving, terrible service. How is it possible for a logistics provider to give these responses?
