Our cargo has been in this warehouse for a week, the delivery address is 15 minutes from the ABQ warehouse and they still haven't delivered. The Tforce team's response is that they don't have an ETA, the cargo can be in the warehouse for a year without moving, terrible service. How is it possible for a logistics provider to give these responses?

As a small business owner operator. We found that the company doesn’t have a call ahead of delivery feature us being off site from the build doesn’t quite work for us. Asking if the service could be included for a price they said no and that they could make a note for the driver but they probably wouldn’t call because the drivers are union. What ever that means. They have vague window delivery’s. They will narrow down that window but only if you call first thing in the morning. Could be so simple for everyone to have a drive... read more

If there was a zero star I would use it. They made up a $300.00 extra bill on my shipment. Then refused to answer the phone when I called them about it. Do not ship with this company!!!
