This company does NOT provide customer care worth a damn. I been waiting on a shipment that has been sitting in Las Vegas NV. for 3 DAYS now, and can not get a straight answer about when it "might" arrive. (p.s. the final destination is a little over 100 miles away) 1 supervisor has had nothing but excuses with this - i have the emails for proof. I would leave 0 stars. We had a delivery scheduled for today. The driver pulled up to the wrong entrance for our house and I asked him to use the front entrance. He was put off by the request, but said he would. I went in the house and came back out later to check on the delivery and he didn't leave it - didn't call, attempt to reach me - just left. This was a tub for a renovation and now the whole project will be held up. I have been on hold with T Force for over 20 min and don't anticipate anyone will every answer the phon... read more
