John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my pool heater. He took extra time to ensure we understood the problem and the solution. John and his young assistant just installed our new pool heater. My husband and I are in our late 70's and my husband has suffered 3 strokes and is unable to do maintenance etc. on pool equipment. John was so helpful and took time to explain how to run heater etc. They were on time, extremely friendly and removed old heater and took away cardboard etc. from new one. Thank you so much, John for your help!

This review is coming pretty late, but TFM Solutions serviced my mother-in-law's pool heater in May, 2022. John (the owner) serviced the heater and replaced a control panel (the waterproofing seal that protects the circuitry had worn away after years of UV exposure). John's price was very reasonable. Of particular note: my father-in-law (who had always maintained the pool) had recently passed away, and John kindly disregarded most/all of the labor costs, charging only for the equipment.
