Unfortunately stopped home repairs.
I recently had an issue with my new Hayward pool heater and called on Friday to schedule an appointment. My service was set for Monday, May 11, with a time frame of 7 AM to 7 PM. John promptly called at noon to inform me he’d be arriving within half an hour, and true to his word, he arrived on time. Less than an hour later, he followed up with a detailed explanation of what was wrong, how he fixed it, and what I needed to do to maintain my pool’s chemical balance for optimal heater performance. John and his young assistant just installed our new pool heater. My husband and I are in our late 70's and my husband has suffered 3 strokes and is unable to do maintenance etc. on pool equipment. John was so helpful and took time to explain how to run heater etc. They were on time, extremely friendly and removed old heater and took away cardboard etc. from new one. Thank you so much, John for your help!
