Very polite texter, just isn't a good communicator. During the process, the repairman discovered that additional parts were needed, which I understood. However, after installing parts and working on it, he was never able to get the lawnmower running. Ultimately it cost me $160 and the mower wont stay running and cant be used. After Iwas told gasket, then carburetor then bad gas I was told timing is PROBABLY the culprit but he didn't do anything about it. I will edit to add that if you need his assistance again after the first, it won't happen. All I got was excuses and a "I'll get back to you", and then nothing. My mower quit working less than a month after he fixed it (not saying if it's related to the work done or not), and reached out to see if he could look at it again. Called TFK Repairs for help with my riding mower. Expecting to be told "bring it and and I'll take a look," Instead, Patrick tried to walk me through repairing the mower myself. Wow! I told him I would like to have him see if he could fix it and he gave me Fair upfront pricing. When I told him I had no way to get it there, he offered to pick it up and was here in minutes. What a great guy and a super mechanic. We have already taken three lawn mowers there and Weed whacker. We love having a good, fast, reasonably priced, small engine repair person. Patrick is really awesome, and his prices are very reasonable. He’s the best around!

Mr. Patrick it’s one of the few good old-fashioned honest small engine repair man that I have personally encountered. (where a good old-fashioned handshake still holds it’s value) for After bringing in my mower in for repair, he personally gave me affordable options to the point that he made me feel like a valued customer in a time of need. That his actions alone brought great credit upon him self and his business, I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
