duane and marc were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the air duct cleaning process, patiently answering all my questions both on the phone and during the service. they were professional and did an excellent job. i chose tfk home services based on reviews, and they definitely lived up to my expectations.
Gage and Jaime were friendly, patient with my curious twins, and very professional. They started the air duct cleaning right away, and before I knew it, the job was finished. They also shared some helpful tips to keep our dryer running smoothly. They did even better than I expected, and I will continue to recommend their air duct cleaning services to others.
Our clothes dryer wasn't drying clothes properly, so we had it checked and found out the dryer vent was blocked. We tried another company that said they cleaned the vent twice, but the dryer still didn’t work right. Then we called TFK Home Services. Gage came out, inspected everything, and discovered the ducts and vents were still clogged, especially near the roof. He showed us before and after photos and made sure everything was fully cleaned out. Now our dryer works great!
I can only agree with what other customers have shared. Nathan and Duane arrived on time and were very careful while coming into my home. I really trust family-owned businesses, and TFK Home Services did not disappoint. There’s no need to look anywhere else for air duct cleaning in Chandler—they are the best choice, hands down.
Cole cleaned the AC return and supply ducts in my home in Chandler. He did an excellent job and used a strong vacuum and rotating brush machine on all the ducts where it was possible. For other ducts, he used an industrial shop vac. Cole was knowledgeable, skilled, and honest throughout the process. It took about 5 hours of dedicated work to finish cleaning the whole house.
