I struggle with going to the dentist but a friend of mine said to go this practice . (Just moved up from Melb). She made me feel very comfortable and great experience been the twice now and will have no hesitation in going back.
Today I had a dental appointment at TFI Connect Smiles at Labrador Qld, I was very nervous because one of my fillings had fallen out whilst eating something hard. When I first arrived, the 2 young ladies at the front office were very helpful and welcoming. This reduced my anxiety considerably. This was the first time I've met Dr Souha, she introduced herself and listened to my explanation of what happened. I have a deep fear of dentists and especially injections in the mouth! Though I suspect nearly everyone has a fear of visiting the dentist, being advised that work is needed and injections are unavoidable.. Recently I had major adverse reactions from medications administered by hospital, it caused 4 different back molars to crack and the 30 years old + 50 year old fillings needing removing, teeth prepared for crowns.
