This 1star review Is for the TFHC call center AGENT, i spoke with on April 14th at 7:59 am. Who responded with ‘mmmhm’ when i ask if she could rephrase her message to the pedi, to stated that my child wasn’t just running a fever but she has been running a fever of 105.3 for 12 hrs & beginning to hallucinate even after meds.
