Chris came into the store and made my ice cream machine sing. It is producing the prettiest ice cream ever!!! He was pretty awesome for that!!!

Ben was extremely knowledgeable and very insightful in fixing my machines. His updates to my machines have helped them run more efficiently. The ice cream looks better and tastes much better! Great technician - I would definitely call on him next time I have any issues.

6 Stars I own a dairy bar and was having trouble getting my ice cream machine to stay cold. I called the company for help, and they had Clark give me a call—and I’m so glad they did! Clark was incredibly knowledgeable. He explained things I had never even heard of before and really helped me understand what was going on. He was also super friendly and patient the whole time. Chris is awesome! He is always very thorough and communicative about repairs, etc. He has excellent customer service and we love when he comes to help us with our machines at YaYas!
