Chris was the tech who came in. To check and calibrate the Taylor machine we got. He was professional, and so knowledgeable of what he does. He explained to me how everything works, and how to maintain, clean and sanitize the machine, I really appreciate a person he knows what he is doing,Which is hard to find these days. If you want your machine serviced through TFG, make sure you ask for Chris. Highly recommended.
