Tony and Heidi are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The HVAC system which Tony and team installed many years ago had no major trouble whatsoever. We appreciate the heating and cooling which just works. Once a minor issue appeared (not their fault) which Tony promptly fixed. I would like to start off the review with the customer service they provide to there clients. From the initial setting the appointment with me to the inspection they do. I was having issues with me HVAC and thermostat. They figured out the issue and proposed to replace the ducts and change my old thermostat. From my understanding they also had inspector take a look at the work they had done. I had the work done about a month go. Leaving the review now to test out the product they put. So far so good. Not too many HVAC outfits have experience with installing heat pumps for heating. Our project was even more custom because we were keeping the existing gas furnace as a back-up. Tony demonstrated solid knowledge of tech and codes, and gave us a competitive quote. We're very happy with both the speed and quality of install, as well as how the heat-pump is functioning. Tony and his team are very professional and did an excellent work to replace new heater/AC in my house with 2 zones I'm very happy with the new system and 2 zones. I really appreciate Tony/Heidi on their flexibility for the payments,. Heidi arranges the duct testing and apply the city permit for me too.
