I wish I could give a 5 star. He made 2 appointments. Not a phone call to say they were not coming to my home. I even cancel my appt to make sure I was home. I called a day after the 2nd appt to see if by chance something happened. I was told Brandon would call me back. Here we are 3 days later. No one showed up. No phone call either. What kind of customer service is this?
