We had our handmade rug cleaned and repaired by tfb carpet cleaning after our puppy chewed up the ends. preston answered all of our questions quickly, and the team was very friendly and professional throughout the process. they cleaned our rug so well and even fixed the damaged edges better than we expected. they finished everything right on time and even delivered the rug back to our home. we're really impressed with how great it looks and plan to call them again for future carpet cleaning needs.
