I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but the way this situation was handled shows a complete lack of professionalism, and potential customers should be aware. Troy advertises shed and chicken coop construction on Facebook. I paid him a deposit after being told my coop would be built and delivered within 10 days. Instead, as of 6/15/2026, an entire month had passed with no coop delivered. During that month, communication was extremely poor.
