Manager was not there and the assistant manager gave me a ridiculously high estimate which was almost 3x the price I was already quoted
Have 2022 Tesla with low tire light. Been going to this shop for 25+ yrs. Have been purchasing my tires there the whole time! Was told that they could not lift my Tesla up without lift pads. None came with my car. Read manual, said car could be jacked up safely! Same shop had replaced one of the tires on my Tesla 2 months before! Frustrated I left and went across street to another name brand tire shop where my issue was quickly handled for no charge! Think they have a new customer for life.
