I had a very frustrating experience at this facility. After checking in, I waited for hours without any update—no one called me or gave any information. I had to go and ask myself after about 4 hours, and only then was I told the product was “melting.” Even after that, it took another 3+ hours and multiple follow-ups from my company before they finally loaded me.
