I paid full price, upfront for an entire slab and installation. Then I was ghosted. I had a hard time getting in touch and when I did I was told, 'our emails go to spam in yahoo.' They didn't email or call and if the emails go spam, warn the customer, but it wasn't the case. They were ignoring me, making excuses and lying. The install finally happened two months after schedule and would have been much longer had I not spent days making contact to schedule. The template contractor was very rude and difficult.
