I paid full price, upfront for an entire slab and installation. Then I was ghosted. I had a hard time getting in touch and when I did I was told, 'our emails go to spam in yahoo.' They didn't email or call and if the emails go spam, warn the customer, but it wasn't the case. They were ignoring me, making excuses and lying. I would strongly advise any homeowner or contractor to take their business elsewhere. My experience with Tez Marble has been a months-long nightmare of incompetence, turnover, and blatant theft of $8,500. The issues began in July 2025 when I requested a quote from a saleswoman, Beyza, for 5-7 slabs and 2,000 sq. ft. of hardwood. Of all the places around the bay area that sell stone, this place is by far the best. Sam, and Besa couldn’t be more friendly and also more at ease. There’s a relaxed and responsible nature here that we really loved. Don’t go anywhere else – – this is the place!
