Don’t hire this company (if they’re still in business). Richard did a great job selling us a pool, however after many issues during construction we ended up with a “concrete cancer” pool as did our neighbors who had him build their pool. Warranty says they will fix it but he won’t return calls or just blows us off through texts. Spa is cracking apart and doesn’t hold water and the pool is doing the same. Been going on for over a year. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Great company to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Richard on a project and he is always honest upfront and responsive. Highly recommend giving them a call for any of your pool needs.

I called Richard out of the blue to ask about repairing my pool heater. He was not able to come on a holiday weekend, but he went out of his way to talk me through how to do it on the phone, asked me to text pictures and to follow up. He was professional, friendly, and helpful! I’ll call him again next time for sure!

Stay far far away! All promise, no follow through. He will say he is a small business who will take care of you. In the end he is scattered, work is sub par and he doesn’t make it right. The list of problems we have had are long…from not following the custom pool design, building too close to our fence line, pouring decking when plumbing wasn’t done, using wrong materials…and on and on. All he cared about was when the next check was coming. Not quality of work…

Our experience with TexVet Custom Pools was excellent! Richard was very professional throughout the process. The subcontractors he used worked diligently to complete the projects on time. We would recommend TexVet to anyone interested in building a pool.
