I've seen Gillian several times over the last decade and she really knows curls! The last two times she's helped me chop off my long locks to donate for wigs and given me a sassy short look in return. She's open to feedback and giving you a style you love.
Gillian is an amazing stylist! She has given me confidence in my curls that I've never had before. My hair has always been a struggle for me and now I walk away with a consistently good haircut every time. Gillian is easy to talk to and really cares about her clients. She's knowledgeable and is happy to teach you how to care for your curls at home. I've now moved away from the lower mainland and still travel to see Gillian. Can't say enough good things! Love her!
Loved Gillian!! I have a hairdresser and have used the same person for 20 years. I love her but she’s just not as familiar with curly hair needs. I found Gillian by googling curly hair specialists in my area. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made my hair look amazing.
I’ve been seeing Gillian on and off for close to 7 years for my curls. I appreciate so much that she takes her time, and really gets to the bottom of what you’re looking for, and how to get your desired results with certain products and styling techniques etc. Her continued commitment to furthering her education in cutting all textures is so rare and important! Gill is really lovely, she is knowledgeable, VERY patient, and fun. My son had a great time, he didn't want to leave after his appointment lol She allotted plenty of time for us as I had mentioned my son has a very sensitive scalp and hates getting anything done to his hair. Gill was very gentle, took her time and made sure my son was comfortable- he didn't feel a thing- no drama at all- which I really REALLY appreciated.
