My mother in law went there to have her hair re-braided. Deanna(unsure of spelling) did a wonderful job, she was friendly and professional.
Ajillian is AMAZING! She is SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and will help you achieve your hair goals as well as teach you how to maintain them. Textures is beautiful inside, very warm and welcoming. If you want a true professional with great creative vision then Textures is the place for you!
I came here yesterday for a TRIM of my dead ends only. The lady I worked with was very nice and pleasant; However, she snuck one on me . I specifically asked for for a TRIM ONLY, but she decided she wanted to wash my hair and blow dry it herself, which was fine (we talked about that via text), okay. But to add on a deep conditioning treatment under a moisture steamer was extra. I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS. $85 for a TRIM ONLY appt really left a bad taste in my mouth.
