Really nice shop and great customer service. Staff makes you feel comfortable and explains ways to care for your hair. Shout out to Kai for your kindness.
i’ve gone to this salon twice now (once for a silk press and once for a wash and blow dry) and i think the quality of the service depends on who’s working on your hair. although the second time i went, on a weekend, the stylist i booked was not the one who did my hair—she worked on another client that arrived after me, which i was confused by. the wash and treatment services they offer are pretty good. but both times i’ve gotten my hair blown out at textures, the blow dry was very rushed and my roots were still puffy. i’ve h... read more
While the salon features nice decor and clean facilities, the wash experience was the worst I've ever had. The wash bowls are nice, and they used a tool for my scalp, but the overall quality of the wash was terrible.
