Jekia is absolutely amazing! Not only did she spend 5 hours on my hair but she gave me life guidance which I will be forever greatful. I can't thank her enough for an amazing hair experience!!
Jekia was very peppy but was 15 minutes late to see me. When I came in she told me she would be 5 minutes late and let me to a bench. When she came back out she asked are you alright? When I probably looked annoyed she was late. She then asked if it was okay someone else was in there AFTER I was already there so pretty much would have had to turn around and go somewhere else if I didn't want to be in the same room with my embarrassingly tangled hair which I had told her about ahead of time.....in my opinion this is unprofess... read more
I cannot recommend Jekia at Textured Touch enough! Before our appointment, I explained that my 12 year old daughter, Amelia, is biracial with very textured hair that had become severely tangled.
