I had a great experience getting my hair done with Jekia!! I never have received a proper curly haircut and this went beyond my expectations. I learned a lot about my hair during the process and really loved the end result!! My hair feels light, voluminous, and has the shape I envisioned! I also love the customer service that was provided. Jekia is such a vibe. I was the obnoxious kid growing up who hated getting her hair done and never wanted to be under the dryer. So I appreciate how quick she is with her services whenever I get my locs done. Plus, she's a dope person to talk to...highly recommend!

Have supported this business for 4 years so it’s very disheartening to see the quality of customer service decrease. A 2 hour appointment turned into a 6 hour appointment with my child constantly being removed from the chair to accommodate an overbooking of clients. I paid almost $300 and it’s not about the money but the service, the communication. One of my New Year’s resolutions was to learn how to maintain my own locks as well as Jaces I took a fantastic class with @jekialynnes_textured_touch_inc and I’m happy to say I am now able to maintain on my own.
