I was looking for a specific wig and found that they sold it at Texture Tech. I walked in and was greeted by Tay. I was very happy with my service here. He was very personable and hands on. He went straight to the wig I was looking for. He helped me with the lace/styling and with upkeep. I told my mom about my wig and she loved mine and wanted to get one as well. u get what u pay for the bundles shed alot its mostly made of filler hairs, but its a fair deal for the price .

Customer service is what keeps a business really going. I want to say that Tay left “no crumbs” when it came to showing me just that! I appreciate someone who is knowledgeable and willing to provide insight. I’m a girl who rarely gets their hair done so walking into a beauty supply with tons of questions and every single one being answered + more is the type of quality I look for when going into any establishment! Keep him around forever!!!!! Thank you Tay!
