Customer service is what keeps a business really going. I want to say that Tay left “no crumbs” when it came to showing me just that! I appreciate someone who is knowledgeable and willing to provide insight. I’m a girl who rarely gets their hair done so walking into a beauty supply with tons of questions and every single one being answered + more is the type of quality I look for when going into any establishment! Keep him around forever!!!!! Thank you Tay!

I walked into texture tech today just to buy some edge control. My mother went along for the ride and became interested in shopping for a wig. Tay was very knowledgeable regarding every product in the store, professional, hands on with wig fitting/styling and suggestions, most of all he was personable. So much so that I became interested in shopping for a wig as well. At the end of our shopping experience, my mother and I walked out of Textured Tech looking “ brand new.” Thank you Tay we will see you again soon:)

Thank you Alaina and Tay. Greeted by Tay who practically read my mind with what I wanted/needed for my style and Alaina have me great advice and helped me sign up for their rewards program! The shop is clean with a big selection of beauty and hair supplies. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. See you guys next time.
