I like this beauty supply. When I’m in the area. I do shop there. Sometimes I feel like they don’t have the best selection of things. As far as variety is concerned, they do have a point system that I’m a part of that has come in handy. They don’t accept exchanges, which is one of the cons for me. Even if you walked out of the store and realize you grabbed the wrong thing. You just want to exchange it for something else. They don’t do it. I would say their prices are fair. I had an excellent experience with this beauty supply store!! I placed multiple online orders (over 50 bottles of hair color shipped across the country), and everything arrived in perfect condition, not a single leak. The first shipment was already very well packaged, but the second was on another level: bottles were secured in smaller boxes and even individually sealed at the caps. I had the best experience ever at any beauty supply store. The company manager tay welcome my daughter and i and ask if he can assist. We said we were browsing. I found a lace frontal wig, As a matter of fact i bought 2. So tay got to work and fitted me and color the lace to my skin completion.
