Katrina has turned my hair from dry, unmanageable want to cut it off, to beautiful luscious loving it hair.. She is very kind, professional and consistent... Really appreciate having her as a stylist... I have heard people say that hairlists are not miracle workers... But with Katrina you will believe she is... Thank you Texture Factory for making me love my hair!!
I was just told they aren't taking new clients..and they couldn't even recommend another salon for textured hair....
I’ve been here 4 maybe 5 times over a 2 month time span for a silk press. Katrina burned my virgin hair with 450 degree flat iron. She cut 2 inches of hair off the back of my head and “dusted” the front, still have so many split ends . Scratched my scalp with her nails on my very first visit, hair wash was painful. I am new Arizona and I have yearned for a beautician who is not only passionate about styling hair, but most importantly cares about the health of my hair.
