I booked an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. Tried to cancel it 3 hours later and they kept my $30 deposit. That's one awful policy 0/10 definitely will not recommend.

Katrina has turned my hair from dry, unmanageable want to cut it off, to beautiful luscious loving it hair.. She is very kind, professional and consistent... Really appreciate having her as a stylist... I have heard people say that hairlists are not miracle workers... But with Katrina you will believe she is... Thank you Texture Factory for making me love my hair!!

I was just told they aren't taking new clients..and they couldn't even recommend another salon for textured hair....

I’ve been here 4 maybe 5 times over a 2 month time span for a silk press. Katrina burned my virgin hair with 450 degree flat iron. She cut 2 inches of hair off the back of my head and “dusted” the front, still have so many split ends . Scratched my scalp with her nails on my very first visit, hair wash was painful. My final visit she turned my chair from the mirror to face the TV. I couldn’t really see how she was styling it. What i did see is her grabbing large chunks of hair and passing it thru the flat iron. I moved to Scottsdale almost a year ago (January 2023) for work and one of my number one priorities was finding a go-to stylist.
