The staff were amazing and very polite!! Anthony was intuitive and inviting! The crew definitely made me feel like I’ve always been going there which was important considering I’m naturally shy! I definitely feel beautiful on my wedding anniversary trip! Thanks again Texture Factory!
Katrina went above and beyond my expectations! She was incredibly kind, professional, and truly attentive to what I wanted. She took the time to understand my goals and delivered results even better than I imagined. The whole experience at Texture Salon was so welcoming and elevated — you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my hair. I booked an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. Tried to cancel it 3 hours later and they kept my $30 deposit. That's one awful policy 0/10 definitely will not recommend.
Katrina has turned my hair from dry, unmanageable want to cut it off, to beautiful luscious loving it hair.. She is very kind, professional and consistent... Really appreciate having her as a stylist... I have heard people say that hairlists are not miracle workers... But with Katrina you will believe she is... Thank you Texture Factory for making me love my hair!!
I was just told they aren't taking new clients..and they couldn't even recommend another salon for textured hair....
