Asked to sit in a chair with a bunch of hair on it from the last hair cut, it was blown out with a hair dryer after I pointed it out. The hair dresser spent most of her time talking to other clients in the salon. She was very rough raking and ripping out my wet hair with a hairbrush after slapping on the color even the wash and rinse was rough, spent most of her time texting on her cell phone rather than with a paying client. The service received was sub par for a “Salon” I can not recommend and will not be returning.
Automne was very patient, gentle and talented! This hair salon is super professional and really took their time to ensure to cut my thick, long, curly hair precisely!
I would literally give the girls at this salon 1 million stars!! I recently came in and wanted a haircut because a girl I have been seeing at another salon chemically fried all of my hair off and I sat there crying the whole appointment with these ladies. They were so reassuring and gave me so much advice and they made me feel good about myself when I really don’t.
