I've been coming to Textur for a few years, seeing Courtney. I really liked her but over time she got sloppy and careless. I often left with hair dye on my forehead and side of my face, even when I asked her to be careful. My recent visit there, she missed some sections of my hair, and I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. While fixing my hair, she got hair dye on my glasses and stained the lens right in my line of sight, and they are now ruined. Asked to sit in a chair with a bunch of hair on it from the last hair cut, it was blown out with a hair dryer after I pointed it out. The hair dresser spent most of her time talking to other clients in the salon. She was very rough raking and ripping out my wet hair with a hairbrush after slapping on the color even the wash and rinse was rough, spent most of her time texting on her cell phone rather than with a paying client. The service received was sub par for a “Salon” I can not recommend and will not be returning.

Automne was very patient, gentle and talented! This hair salon is super professional and really took their time to ensure to cut my thick, long, curly hair precisely!
