I recently had a horrible experience with Textol Systems, Inc. I placed an order for 1000 Drapery Weights. When ordering, I went over the price that was in my catalog with customer service. She said "Yes it will cost you XX amount plus shipping. When my product arrived, it was \$47.22 more than the amount we went over, and this didnt even include shipping!
