Everyone from office staff to those that handled my belongings have been excellent. Jonathan was super in bringing them back. Can’t say enough about how courteous he was. Would recommend this company.
Very courteous. Excellent eyes for detail. The team was Extremely careful and very cautious handling our clothing and personal items. The team leader took the time to read care labels and discuss with me the care of some of my very special items. Overall, the team was friendly and very professional. Our whole family was so grateful they were there when we needed them.
Very pleased with the quality and care of our items we entrusted to Renew after a house fire. All of our items (only 5! were deemed non salvageable) were returned in pristine condition well packaged and organized. 10/10
I’m very pleased with the consistent service and quality of work that occurred after a smoke fire. My dress to wear to a wedding was beautifully cleaned and returned in time for my travel. They carefully hand delivered my dress.
The cleaning and return service were suburb. The delivery guys were exceptionally great.
