They were very patient with us and went through everything they could do and ask how much we wanted them to do. They were very caring
ReNew is handling all the fabric cleaning and electronics cleaning after a small fire in our house. The team that came out to get everything were FANTASTIC! They were so kind and patient. I've never had an experience like this before, and I asked many questions. They put my mind at ease and treated our belongings with care. George and Jimmy would be my go-to guys if I ever need service like this again, for sure!
Do not use this company if you have a fire! They put your clothing on a concrete floor, damage your items, state they clean items that don’t exist, their invoices are submitted with so many erroneous charges. They will come after you as a home owner to be paid using a debt collector, instead of taking the money from the insurance company. I have the emails as proof!
