We love the service. It has saved us many administrative nightmares. One call notifies everyone.
Utilize their services for payroll purposes at Rx relief. We had to set up a new account and was not able to transfer any current credits we had. All in all it did what we needed it to do.
Very dissatisfied that we have used this company for years for contacting our clients and can no longer use it due to changes in their policies.
Our brotherhood does this for our church and it works great. I even use the APP to put out calls when I am not near my computer.
Very useful and easy to use service. The downside is that more and more of our calls are not going through but show up online as having gone to voicemail even though a call was never attempted. Not reliable enough for our needs. Will have to switch companies soon.
