Prices are ridiculously high and can only be classified as highway robbery. Had to pay $11.50 for a package of 4 on/off switches for my pool pump timer. Making a reasonable profit is one thing but price gouging is an entirely different matter. It makes you wonder what the mark-up is on their other merchandise.

I have used Texsun for several years and have been pleased; however, I had a motor installed in February that I just noticed the seal leaking. I scheduled a filter clean and asked that the technician take care of the leak at the same time. I was not happy when the technician told me that he didn't have the parts to repair the leak and I someone would have to come back out and I would be charged a trip charge as well as the parts. The absolute WORST service in 10 years of pool companies!! After using 4 or 5 pool cleaning services over the years, I chose Texsun due to the great experiences I've had using them for normal maintenance (replacing old pumps, heaters, etc.). Unfortunately, maintenance and repair is a different division and the cleaning group failed to: 1. Clean the Pumpside filter 2. Empty the bag of the robot cleaner 3. I called the Tex Sun service department as my filter pump on my pool seemed to be broken, the breaker kept tripping and I couldn't get it to stay on. The earliest anyone could come out was in 5 days. A technician named Rick responded to the call. He looked at the system and switched the breaker. I told him I had tried doing that myself without success. Had a repair scheduled today (Monday) which was set up previous week on Wednesday and was told someone would call early to give me a 2 hour window. I took off from work and received that early call at 10:30 am from the office saying they needed to reschedule for Thursday- gave no good reason except understaffed- won't be referring anyone there or going back there

On April 2015 I bought a light fixture to replace the broken one I have in the pool. I went to the TexSun pools store and they told me their service department could install it. I called them and schedule a visit. They had my wife waiting but they did not arrive when they committed. They never called back to say why they could not make it.
