We are extremely happy with our pool. We are enjoying our vacation time in our own backyard. Maintenance and care are so simple.
Whatever you do please do not use Texsun Pools for anything. I will never do business with them again as long as I live. The circus started after the deep freeze in February when I discovered I had busted valves and piping around my pump and filter area. Texsun's website indicated due to the high volume of calls after the freeze they were only taking service orders/requests on line. The freeze displaced several of us so even though many made due without their homes we made it into work starting 02/18/21 working tirelessly 6 days a week to assist the greater Houston and surrounding areas with their broken freeze damaged equipment. Part delays, price increases and scheduling are real and on going issues. Between 02/18/21 and 4/08/21 we have made repairs for1420 accounts. Prices are ridiculously high and can only be classified as highway robbery. Had to pay $11.50 for a package of 4 on/off switches for my pool pump timer. Making a reasonable profit is one thing but price gouging is an entirely different matter. It makes you wonder what the mark-up is on their other merchandise.
I have used Texsun for several years and have been pleased; however, I had a motor installed in February that I just noticed the seal leaking. I scheduled a filter clean and asked that the technician take care of the leak at the same time. I was not happy when the technician told me that he didn't have the parts to repair the leak and I someone would have to come back out and I would be charged a trip charge as well as the parts. The absolute WORST service in 10 years of pool companies!! After using 4 or 5 pool cleaning services over the years, I chose Texsun due to the great experiences I've had using them for normal maintenance (replacing old pumps, heaters, etc.). Unfortunately, maintenance and repair is a different division and the cleaning group failed to: 1. Clean the Pumpside filter 2. Empty the bag of the robot cleaner 3. Add chlorine tabs (put them in the waterfall which only runs 1 hour/day) 4. Promised to replace our person assigned to ... read more
TERRIBLE. Maintainence guy came and flooded my pool and never came back after multiple calls. They are not straightforward with their customers. I have had them schedule appointments multiple times and THEY NEVER SHOW UP.

1/5/18 The pool cleaner did leave the water on and he was sent back to turn it off. By the time he arrived the waster was off. The supervisor of that route went there on 1/8/15 to adjust the water level and to balance the water. A water sample will be tested in house with our Bioguard brand spin lab also. The water will be re- balanced as necessary. Sorry this happened.
Texsun Pools, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful experience with our pool remodel project. We were so impressed with each part of the process from the beginning survey to the final water balance. No detail was overlooked and any questions that we had were quickly answered. I called the Tex Sun service department as my filter pump on my pool seemed to be broken, the breaker kept tripping and I couldn't get it to stay on. The earliest anyone could come out was in 5 days. A technician named Rick responded to the call. He looked at the system and switched the breaker. I told him I had tried doing that myself without success.
