My experiences over the last few years with this store have been informative and helpful. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and have guided me in the care of my pool. Kendall has been particularly helpful and displays a keen understanding of customer relations. I recommend this establishment for all of you “Do It Yourself” pool maintenance folk!
I highly recommend this location. The store manager is Kendall and she is absolutely awesome!!! Not only does she know her business and can help keep your pool in top shape… she actually takes pride in her job!!! Her knowledge is only outdone by her customer service as she always goes above and beyond for my family and I. She even remembers our name and greets when we come in. Leslies is a bit more expensive than some, but the expertise and customer service is worth it and honestly what keeps me coming back!!!
Poor customer service when in there looking for a part i ordered over the phone a rep name AJ african american with glasses told me i was at the wrong location with an attitude like he aint want to help very rude so i ask him gor the other location address which he didnt know told me to look for it on my phone if youre mad or had a bad day go home dont give costumers attitude
Phone customer service skills are lacking but got the information I needed. Glad I didn’t go into the store.
Poor customer service. Volleyball net marked for $69.99 when he scanned it, it was $89.99 when I asked how come, he said "I am the only person working here and trying to change the prices ". While he was standing, playing on his cellphone not even knowing about the promotion deal when asked. Then he said "if you wanna wait, they'll go for even more sale". What is that!!!!
